Due to the handmade and/or custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be happy with your experience. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
